Watch: Albert Almora’s Walk-Off Single
The Cubs and Dodgers played plenty of baseball Tuesday. Not only did they have a doubleheader, but the second game went to extra innings. After trading clean bullpen innings for a while, Kris Bryant led off the 10th for the Cubs with a triple down the right field line. The Dodgers chose to walk Javy in order to face a better contact hitter in Albert Almora.
Al came through with the game-winning single to send the Wrigley faithful home happy.
