In other roster news, reigning Rookie of the Year Corey Seager is inactive for the Dodgers. LA Times beat writer Andy McCullough was as surprised by the move as anyone, speculating that the Dodgers might find a way to sneak the shortstop back onto the roster.
Joc Pederson is also active, while Pedro Baez is not.
Yikes, Corey Seager is not on the roster. Wow.

The Dodgers could find an injury, but it would have to be a real one, and that player wouldn't be eligible for the World Series.
