Watch: Andrew Romine Drills Three-Run Home Run Off Craig Kimbrel to Tie Game in 8th
In case you haven’t noticed lately, there are quite a few new faces on the field lately for the Chicago Cubs. Coming into their series against the Chicago White Sox, I’ll admit, I was nervous. Apparently, the young new Cubs are not.
Andrew Romine had 11 at-bats for the Cubs prior to today. But today, the 35-year-old journeyman found his swing. He slashed this three-run home run, just the 11th homer of his career. Needless to say, he was pretty pumped running around the bases.
